The Mac Gargage (TMG) started in the summer of 1992, specializing in Macintosh repair, networking and consulting. Since then, owners Don Ruxton and Sandy Baer have built a successful consulting firm in an ever-expanding and changing industry. In order to accommodate a rapidly growing client base, they moved to a storefront on Empressa and in 1995 to their current location at 2947 South Higuera.
Don, chief consultant and systems integrator,
has specialized in Macs since 1983 but in the last few years developed a solid
knowledge of Win95/98, WinNT, and Novell platforms. TMG is a successful multi-platform
service provider, bringing PCs to their extended service / support base. Reflecting
these changes, "Micro" was added to their name in 1998.
